BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of Burdine Security Group, Inc., to RFP No. 10-2013, be and hereby is accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a multi-year agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Burdine Security Group, Inc., to repair, replace, and maintain the electronic access control system, with the cost in FY2013 estimated not to exceed $61,637.00.
