BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Professional Services Agreements, in substantially the form attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with each selected crisis response mediator, in order to implement the One Lexington neighborhood crisis response model, with each Agreement not to exceed a cost of $2,000.00 in FY2023.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $2,000.00 in FY2023, be and hereby is approved for payment to each selected crisis response mediator (names to be provided by One Lexington), from account # 1101-133006-71299, pursuant to the terms of each Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
