BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Chief Information Officer, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute all documents necessary to renew the Urban County Government's Service Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Granicus, Inc., for legislative management software for Fiscal Year 2021 and each fiscal year thereafter, subject to the requirements of the Urban County Government and the appropriation of sufficient funds therefore by the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $57,742.44 be and hereby is approved for payment to Granicus, Inc., for Fiscal Year 2021, increasing at a rate of 3% per fiscal year until such ...
