BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Streets and Roads be and hereby is authorized to purchase GPS monthly service from Routeware, a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any necessary Agreement with Routeware related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $35,736.72, be and hereby is approved for payment to Routeware from the following accounts in the following amounts: # 1101-303301-76102 ($9,236.72), # 1115-303301-76102 ($11,500.00) and # 4051-303301-76102 ($15,000.00).
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage. PASSED URBAN COUNTY COUNCIL:
