Summary
Authorization to execute a sixty (60) month Agreement between the Lexington Senior Center and Time Warner Cable Business Class to provide Managed WiFi services for the public for the Division of Aging and Disability Services at the new Senior Center. This Agreement will provide the equipment and support for public WiFi access for the new Senior Center at Life Lane and includes a turn-key solution for 13 Static IP addresses with Managed WiFi and 30M dedicated internet access for those addresses. All equipment and services will be leased for a 60 month term at $1,630.00 per month beginning upon the move into the new Senior Center. Funds are fully Budgeted for FY16, and subsequent costs shall be $19,560 per year, provided available funds are Budgeted. (L 1530-15) (Stambaugh/Ford)

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the 5-year agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Time Warner Cable Business Class, for the provision of WiFi equipment and services, for the new Lexington Senior Center.
