Section 1 - That Section 2-490 of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows:
6) Review and approve annual reports developed by the Office of Homelessness Prevention and Intervention on the activities of the Innovative and Sustainable Solutions to Homelessness Fund prior to submission to the Mayor, the Urban County Council and the community.
Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
