This Agreement outlines the terms, conditions and responsibilities of LFUCG and BGCF to support the development of a master plan with community engagement for Kelley’s Landing, as well as a marketing and public relations campaign related to the project. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Memorandum Of Agreement with Blue Grass Community Foundation Inc., to support the development of a master plan for Kelley’s Landing, as well as a marketing and public relations campaign related to the project, for the Division of Parks & Recreation.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
