Summary

Authorization to grant the owner of an otherwise land-locked parcel a permanent access easement across an undeveloped right-of-way that runs between 920 and 910 Bravington Way in Grasmere Subdivision. The permanent access easement will allow the owner to build a driveway along the undeveloped right-of-way so that she can access her property. The owner will accept full responsibility for maintenance and repair. There is no budgetary impact. (L1165-15)(Holmes)

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Final Record Plat and any other documents necessary to transfer a permanent access easement across an undeveloped right-of-way located between 910 and 920 Bravington Way to an abutting property owner.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
