BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $242,967.00 in Federal funds, which was received from the Kentucky Department of Military Affairs, Division of Emergency Management, through the Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP) is hereby approved for payment to Management Registry, Inc., (f/k/a OmniSource Integrated Supply, LLC), from account # 3200-505201-71299, pursuant to the terms of an Agreement with Management Registry, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to fund CSEPP support staff for FY 2022.
