BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 8-2013 be and hereby is amended to include Polydyne, Inc., as an accepted bidder, and a price contract with Polydyne, Inc., for Polymer Flocculants, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby is established as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of its bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That Resolution No. 8-2013 is otherwise unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
