(4) Recommending the seat changes of Gabriel Knowles, 10th District Resident, David Lowe, 8th District Resident, and Edward Sheehy, 3rd District Resident, due to Council Redistricting, on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, all with terms expiring January 14, 2023.
