BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 2 of Resolution No. 506-2024 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
That an amount, not to exceed the collective sum of $32,250.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Stonewall Equestrian Estates Association, Inc. ($1,500.00) and those property owners executing said Memoranda ($30,750.00), from account # 4003-303408-3466-92811, pursuant to the terms of the Memoranda of Agreement.
Section 2 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
