BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid ChemTreat, Inc., establishing a price contract for Manhole Odor Control Chemical and Containment Delivery System, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
