BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Exchange of Information Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Department of Revenue, Finance and Administration Cabinet, for the Commonwealth of Kentucky for information sharing, at no cost to the Urban County Government and further authorizing the Director of Revenue and other personnel to execute any documents related to the confidentiality of such information.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
