WHEREAS, the Urban County Government, by and through its Division of Parks and Recreation, enters into facility usage Agreements with participating youth football and soccer organizations for the right to use LFUCG football and soccer fields and facilities; and
WHEREAS, such facility usage Agreements designate a fee charged to participating youth football organizations in an amount equal to $5.00 per player registered to participate in the participating organization's Programs, to be paid to the Division of Parks and Recreation; and
