BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a multi-year Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with EnergyCAP, LLC, for subscription services related to EnergyCAP Utility Management software, and to establish EnergyCAP, LLC, as a sole-source provider.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $14,406.63 in the first year, be and hereby is approved for payment to EnergyCAP, from account # 1101-313201-3093-77802 (up to $5,850.00), 1115-313201-3093-77802 (up to $5,850.00), and 4002-313201-3093-77802 (up to $2,750.00), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, and contingent upon Budgeting of sufficient...
