BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Memorandum of Agreement between the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and the American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees, Local 2785, representing the Corrections Lieutenants and Captains, in the Division of Community Corrections, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to increase base pay and address retention issues, be and hereby is accepted.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
