BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Council, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Professional Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Brandstetter Carroll, Inc., to design a new pool and bathhouse at Douglass Park.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $317,700.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Brandstetter Carroll, Inc., from account # 3230-707602-91015, using funds awarded under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), pursuant to the terms of the Professional Services Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
