Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, which Grant funds are in the amount of $50,821.00 in Federal funds for the continuation of the Street Sales Drug Enforcement Project for FY 2022, to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, and to accept this Grant award if offered, the acceptance of which will obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to the expenditure of $12,913.87 as a local match, and authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget.
