BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Council of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby endorses the Mayor and Department of Finance proceeding with the expenditures, as further provided in the list which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to be paid for out of FY2014 funding in a total amount of $10,000,250.00.
Section 2 - That the Department of Finance is hereby requested to provide to the Urban County Council for further consideration the detailed information related to the proposed expenditures, including the allocation or re-allocation of any funds, in the form of a budget amendment(s) or other appropriate legislation for final action. No funds related to the Affordable Housing Fund shall be spent prior to the adoption of appropriate program policies or guidelines.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
