BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Master Equipment and Products Agreement with Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for the provision of drug testing equipment and reagents for the Division of Community Corrections, at a total cost not to exceed $149,127.00 for fiscal year 2020.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $149,127.00 for fiscal year 2020, be and hereby is approved for payment to Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, Inc., from account #1101-505403-5435-75101, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
