BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the use of a standardized agreement with other jurisdictions for the exchange of occupational license fee information in accordance with confidentiality laws and restrictions, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, be and hereby is approved, and that the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Exchange of Occupational License Fee Agreement with the Woodford County Fiscal Court, and with any other jurisdiction which is authorized to enter into an agreement with the same material terms, all at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
