BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Permanent Classified Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Abigail Herald, Telecommunicator Sr., Grade 519N, $28.180 hourly in the Division of Enhanced 911, effective February 11, 2026.
Kandice Mills, Administrative Specialist Principal, Grade 520N, $30.168 hourly in the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, effective February 11, 2026.
Katrice Smoot, Custodial Supervisor, Grade 517N, $25.536 hourly in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective February 25, 2026.
Section 2 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
