BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Acheulean Consulting, for the provision of archaeological monitoring services for the Town Branch Commons Construction Project for FY 2020.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $160,233.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Acheulean Consulting, from account #3160-303202-90313 ($112,163.00), account #3160-303202-91715 ($16,023.00), and account #3160-303202-90313 ($32,047.00), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
