BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Advance Stores Company, Inc.; I.B. Moore Company, LLC; Truckpro, LLC; and Wastebuilt Environmental Solutions, LLC, establishing price contracts for Hydraulic Hose Fittings, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
