BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to permit additional funds - beyond those authorized under Resolution 17-2015 - for executing certificates of consideration and any other necessary documents, and accepting deeds of easement from owners of record needed for the Liberty Rd. at Winchester Rd. Intersection Improvement Project,
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $30,000, be and hereby is approved for payment from account # 1136-303202-91715.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
