BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. One (1) to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with ATS Construction for the Polo Club Boulevard Road Project, decreasing the Contract Price by the sum of $20,151.87 from $2,809,352.53 to $2,789,200.53.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
