BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Richard Morgan, Engineering Aide Sr., Grade 109N, $15.794 hourly, in the Division of Traffic Engineering, effective December 3, 2012.
Kristie Thomas, Administrative Specialist, Grade 110N, $16.953 hourly, in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective November 19, 2012.
Darrell Doty, Police Analyst, Grade 111N, $22.091 hourly, in the Division of Police, effective December 3, 2012.
Kim Nesbitt, Human Resources Generalist, Grade 118E, $2,760.64 bi weekly, in the Division of Human Resources, effective November 29, 2012.
Section 2 - That the following Permanent Sworn Appointments made by the Mayor be and hereby are ratified:
Christopher Young, Police Lieutenant, Grade 317E, in the Division of Police, effective October 30, 2012.
Section 3 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
