BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an extension Agreement with Securus Technologies, LLC (f/k/a Securus Technologies, Inc.) for telephone and tablet services for the inmate population at the Division of Community Corrections. The extension will be effective from 1/2/24 to 3/31/24 at no cost as it generates revenue, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
