BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Purchase of Service Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 47-2024), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Roadway Asset Services, LLC, for pavement condition survey and pavement management planning support services, for the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $235,888.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Roadway Asset Services, LLC, from account # 2615-303301-0001-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Purchase of Service Agreement.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
