BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Ops-Core, Inc., is established as a Sole Source Provider Contract for the purchase of FAST ballistic helmets and up-armor side covers for a period of one year.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
