BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Operating Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Aramark Correctional Services, LLC, for food services for the Division of Community Corrections.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,336,608.00 for the fiscal year 2025, be and hereby is approved for payment to Aramark Correctional Services, LLC, from account #1101-505402-5421-71209, pursuant to the terms of the Operating Agreement, and subject to sufficient funds being appropriated in future fiscal years. Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
