BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with West End Community Empowerment Project, Inc., Lexington Humane Society, and Living Arts and Science Center, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to West End Community Empowerment Project, Inc. ($160.00), Lexington Humane Society ($875.00), and Living Arts and Science Center ($1,075.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
