BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit a Grant Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Kentucky Division of Water, and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which seeks $320,000.00 in Commonwealth of Kentucky funds under the 2023 Section 319(H) Grant Program, for the Wolf Run Watershed Project for the Division of Environmental Services, Environmental Quality and Public Works.
