BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Urban County Council be and hereby ratifies, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, the Mayor’s previous execution of an Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, which was entered into pursuant to her authority under KRS Chapters 39A and 39B, with the Kentucky Emergency Management Agency, extending the period of performance through June 30, 2022, for the update of the Lexington-Fayette Hazard Mitigation Plan, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
