BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the First Renewal to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Mackey Group, LLC d/b/a Wiser Strategies, for continued creative design services for public outreach and media campaigns related to water quality and waste management.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $60,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Mackey Group, LLC d/b/a Wiser Strategies, from account # 1115-313201-3095-71299 ($20,000.00) and 4051-313201-3095-71299 ($40,000.00), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
