Summary
Authorization to acquire property located at 1604 Fr. Sumter Drive as part of the Ft. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Certificate of Consideration and any other necessary documents, and to accept a deed for property located at 1604 Ft. Sumter Drive for Phase 1 of the Ft. Sumter Dr. Stormwater Improvements Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $180,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, all from account # 4051-303204-92211 at the time of closing.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
