BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Memorandum of Agreement between the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and the Lexington Professional Firefighters IAFF Local 526, representing the Firefighters, Lieutenants and Captains, in the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to increase base pay and address retention issues, be and hereby is accepted.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
