BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to approve and adopt Substantial Amendments to the 2019 Annual Action Plan, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and to accept $3,226,490.00 in Federal Emergency Solutions Grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) for response to COVID-19, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds.
