BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Thermal Service, LLC (f/k/a Thermal Equipment Service, Inc.), be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for the purchase and service of HVAC equipment.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
