BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Planning, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to administer an Expanded Hearing Notification pilot program for one year, providing expanded notification for zoning map amendments and applications for conditional uses and variances to include owner and non-owner occupied addresses based on PVA and GIS data, in order to promote more transparency in the planning process and to track the efficacy of expanded notification.
Section 2 -That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
