BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Environmental Enterprises, Inc. (EEI), in order to apply grant funds in the amount of $100,000.00 in Commonwealth of Kentucky funds received from the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet for FY 2021 to EEI'S disposal costs associated with the Fall 2020 Fayette County Household Hazardous Waste Recycling Event.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $100,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Environmental Enterprises, Inc., from account #3400-303501-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
