BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to accept an award of $72,566.36 in Federal funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), from the Kentucky Department of Military Affairs, Division of Emergency Management, for reimbursement of expenses related to the requested response to the Martin County structural collapse event, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds.
