BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
WHEREAS, it is the desire of Council to abolish the Greenspace Commission and transfer all members and duties to the Greenspace Trust.
Section 1- That Section 2-326 of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby is repealed.
Section 2- That Section 2-327 of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby is repealed.
Section 3- That Section 2-328 of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby is repealed.
Section 4- That Section 2-329 of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby is repealed.
Section 5- That Section 2-330 of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby is repealed.
Section 6- That Section 2-331 of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby is repealed.
Section 7- That Section 2-332 of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby is repealed.
Section 8- That Section 2-333 of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby is repealed.
Section 9- That Section 2-334 of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby is repealed.
Section 10- That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
