Summary
Authorization to purchase the Onbase software module Enterprise Application Enabler. The purchase of this software module will allow for integrating Onbase with existing LFUCG software applications to assist in automation of manual processes. Funds are budgeted in the FY16 CIP. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement with Vebridge Holdings, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, for the OnBase Enterprise Application Enabler Software Module.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $60,000 in Fiscal Year 2016, be and hereby is approved for payment to VeBridge Holdings, Inc., from account #2606-210101-96202, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
