BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, (awarded pursuant to RFP 60-2022) with GRW Engineers, Inc., for South Elkhorn Pump Station Odor Control Upgrade evaluation services, for the Division of Water Quality, at a cost not to exceed $72,330.00.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed $72,330.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to GRW Engineers, Inc., from account # 4002-303401-3401-71205, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
