BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No.
One (1), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with BMI LLC, for the Valley Park Building Renovation and Expansion, increasing the total contract amount by $157,384.38, raising the total contract amount from $1,514,024.88 to $1,671,409.26, with an additional forty-two (42) calendar days included to the contract time.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the additional sum of $157,384.38, is hereby authorized for payment to BMI LLC, from account # 1105-707602-91015, pursuant to the terms of Change Order No. 1.
