BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Contract Modification No. 4 with Strand Associates, Inc., increasing the Contract price by $53,800.00 for additional design services for Town Branch Trail Phase VI, raising the total Contract price from $1,140,374.00 TO $1,194,174.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $53,800.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Strand Associates, Inc., from account # 3160 - 303202 -- 90313, pursuant to the terms of Contract Modification No. 4.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
