BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Addendum to the Agreement with PowerPhone, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to provide training and materials related to Emergency Medical Dispatch certification for E911 personnel.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $9,176.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to PowerPhone, Inc., from account #4204-505602-74101, pursuant to the terms of the Addendum to the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
