BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Purchase of Service Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Bluegrass State Games, Inc., Roots and Heritage Festival, Inc., and the Kentucky Classical Theatre Conservatory, to provide services to the public.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $104,500, be and hereby is approved for payment to Bluegrass State Games, Inc. ($60,000 from account #1101-134201-71299), Roots and Heritage Festival, Inc. ($35,500 from account #1101-134201-71299), and the Kentucky Classical Theatre Conservatory ($9,000 from account #1101-134201-71299), pursuant to the terms of the respective Purchase of Service Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
